What is DateKeeper and who is it for?

Our mission is to help make your local charity and community events a success! By providing our unique event calendar service to communities across Michigan, we are able to dramatically increase awareness and exposure of your events while maximizing attendance through our one of a kind event overlap prevention tool.

How can DateKeeper help?

DateKeeper’s unique event calendar tools make it easy to design and customize event pages, share them on social networks, track exposure results, and plan around other charity and community events through out your local area.Still not convinced? Learn More.

What internet browser types does DateKeeper support?

DateKeeper can be used with Internet Explorer 8.0 and up, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, & Safari. Although you may be able to log on to DateKeeper using other browser types, there is no guarantee that the system will work properly as it has not been tested. If you are using an out of date version of Internet Explorer, please feel free to download the latest version found here.


Do I need to register to post an event?

Yes, it is required. The reason is to maintain high quality event postings.

Do I need to register to search for events?

No. Feel free to search for as many events as you'd like.

How long does registration take?

Registration is simple and takes under a minute. Posting an event is separate from registration and shouldn't take long at all.

Is my information kept private?

The information submitted with DateKeeper is always kept private. We never sell your email address and your information is always protected.


Can I sell tickets through DateKeeper?

Yes! Not only are you able to sell tickets through DateKeeper, but you can create custom ticket types, get links you can direct customers to purchase tickets through, and more!

Is there a cost associated with selling tickets through DateKeeper?

There is no charge for Non-Profits. Any fees associated with ticket sales will be paid by the customer at the time of the ticket purchase.

Can I keep track of my ticket sales?

Yes. We will provide you with information such as how many tickets sold, how many tickets are left, and the revenue you are expected to generate in sales.

Can I share my event with my social media network?

Yes. With DateKeeper, you can share your events on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more! Additionally you can email and print your events to share with others.


Why can't I log into my account?

Having trouble logging in to your account ? Once you are on the log in screen, click the 'Forgot your password' link to reset your password. If you are still have trouble, please contact our technical support staff here.

How do I change my password?

Is there a cost associated with DateKeeper?

At this time, there is no cost associated with posting an event on DateKeeper.
